    am a newbie in this forum i don't know where to look for answers so i posted this, i have a bbm q10 unlocked definitely have it checked from a network provider running software 10.2.1.176, my q10 only accepts 1 network provider have tried another 3 providers and keeps saying SIMCARD NOT DETECTED have wiped q10 twice and still the same. please help i don't want to move to another provider if i can.

    While it may be unlocked the phone may not be supported by your carrier. I had this issue with a Z10 I purchased off Amazon. It wound up being a UK version, I'm in the US, and while the phone detected my SIM it wouldn't work at all. Had to send it back.

    Pehaps the frequency is not compatible with your carrier?

    You can check on the actual device if it's locked or not.

    Go to your settings, security and privacy and then sim card
    They should all say unlocked
