the sim card isn't compatible in my q10..how to remove this message..

i bought new q10 and new micro sim card ...but it say the sim card isn't compatible..

"note" 1- i can make and receive calls.
2- network = unlocked ,,,, network subset = unlocked,,,,service provider = unlocked.

Are you coming from a previous BlackBerry? Also some carriers make you get a BlackBerry plan for data to work

Did you try to wipe ? Options/security/ security wipe .

Make backup if you have something on phone ! This will erase everything !!!!!!!!

To remove the annoying message. You can't tell someone to just ignore it.

You could try flashing a different radio version. I had a slightly different, but similar issue on one of the 10.2.1 builds that was registering a sim card error ("sim card is from an unknown source" or something along those lines). Flashing a different radio version solved it quickly. Do a search on this forum for instructions on how to easily flash a different radio version.

I get a similar message in my connection settings when my family data plan runs out for the month and everyone's data gets shut off to avoid additional charge.
