    I have a Q10 that I bought used online! I was happy with it and worked good until I pulled my SIM card out and one of the connector felt of! So tried to call Rogers because the phone is locked to Rogers but they only covers when I am the first owner! And now what?

    Sounds very unfortunate!

    You could try replacing it yourself if you feel like your up to it. Maybe etradesupply has the necessary parts or even eBay.
    Otherwise you could also see if there are repair shops near you that can fix it for cheap
