    all those apps were working fine both over wifi and mobile data.

    i had the APN modified in engineer Screen, so now those apps only recognize mobile data. I can not turn mobile data off if i want to use them over wifi. but in this case data might be consumed from the mobile data plan.

    reset the APN and OTA to latest OS without any luck. is there any way to reset the networking settings without a full wipe like iPhone?

    those apps are android sideloading apps only including Skype.

    Just stop sideloading as they are simple ports not actually made for BB10.

    Did you ever find a fix for this issue? I'm having a similar problem, except my sideloaded apps only work in wifi...they will not work using the mobile network (Verizon 4G).
