Hi, could anyone tell me if I should replace my battery or not? It is very bad like the pic.

Need to see more of what's using the battery. The system could be anything. Did you just get the phone? Is this the first day you've used it? It's take a few days for the battery to settle because you are installing all sorts of apps and pulling emails and such.

That doesn't seem quite right to me. That's a lot of system resources being used. I'd reinstall the OS, personally. How many email accounts? Sync timeframe?

Is your OS settling?

How old is this battery?

Is this 10.3.1? Revert to 10.2.1 as it's probably the OS.

Thanks for the advice.
I got it for more than a year.
I updated 10.3.1 OTA for more than 2 weeks so it should settle now.
My friend is also using 10.3.1 with another Q10 and the battery life is totally different.
Guess that I may consider re-load the OS.

I have 2 accounts. Status is Push all the time. My friend is also using Q10 10.3.1 with similar set up but it is so much different from mine.
I updated this OS more than 2 weeks & my battery is more than 1 year old.
I am considering re-loading the OS like you suggested.

Before that, can you check your "Run in the Background" and "Run when minimized" permissions and deny them all for now. Then, pull out the battery, connect you phone to the wall (not the computer), and power it on. Then replace the battery and the cover and let it charge for the night. One more thing, if you have a SD card, pull it out for the night and don't put it back for a battery cycle time (so not before tomorrow night I assume).

We'll see tomorrow.

By the way, you didn't enable encryption, right ?

Thanks, encryption is off.
I will try with your advice 1st before re-loading the OS.
However, putting SD card every charging cycle is quite taking time
Will see how it goes.
