Simple. I can make call by press and hold a key without opening the phone dialer app.

I never use the touchscreen where I can use a keyboard shortcut. Simple.
It's fast (mostly) and efficient. Great for cruising through your list of things to do.

When I first got the Q10 (OS 10.2) I had to touch 3 different screens before I could start a new email, then I got the Classic and it came with OS 10.3. Now I hold down a key and I can start a new email. I love short cuts!

Do you still use your Q10?

I use one touch shortcuts for speed dials, turning on my flashlight, opening Waze, and several other apps that I use regularly. I've used up most of the letters on the keyboard now. Love this feature. Sure hope they work on the slider from day 1.

Great and flawless working tool, had it on Q10 and now PP, need it specially for speed dialling and also it opens some nice features and expands the normal keyboard shortcuts like 'place a fake call', 'play a sirene'...
