It only shows Blackberry word. Tried different tricks such as connecting to bb link, taking battery off etc, anything happened. Connecting to the. BB link was the first thing I tried to do, (the device hasn't been even recognized as connected).
Connected to the wall charger, hold and pressed the top button; red light on, then blackberry word and then, again, nothing. The blackberry word is still there but it cannot reboot.
done it several times,
nothing new happened.
what honestly worries me is the fact the both the wall charger and the device itself get so warm like it never happened before.

Could anyone pls. help???

Welcome and sorry this happened. I'm not sure, but I think you will need to reload your OS.

Cut your phone down to it's most basic... remove sim card and memory card before rebooting. It might be a bit of a long shot but that approach saved my **** on another device.
