When I send an email from my bb gmail or any othe rpop account, the sent item does not show in outlook.
My outlook is setup as pop, since I want to keep all my email in a pst file.

Is there a way of retrieving sent mail to outlook?

Not with POP: every device connecting to your email account is considered its own entity. Configuring your email with POP isn't a very good solution when you're using it on multiple devices since there's no syncing of folders, etc. Just change the setup to use IMAP, EAS, anything but POP. Your mail will still be able to be archived in PST files...
