    Hi all.

    I'm having problems showing my sent emails on my BlackBerry, I see them as they are sent. Icons change from brackets, then go to tick and then go. I then look in the folders and can't find the sent ones in the folder I'd expect them to be in.

    I've tried a few different email addresses that I have on my Q10 and they're all the same.

    I have got sync folders turned on in email account settings, however it won't let me tick all the boxes.

    Try this:

    Go to Settings>Accounts

    Click on your email

    Scroll to the bottom

    Turn on "append message to sent folder"
