    Hey guys, once i had security wiped my q10 for settings/security and privacy/security wipe, but process paused at 98% 2 days. So i interrupted the process by removing battery and the things got messed up. After that i tried to reload os with bb link but failed, so had to pay 25$ to a repair shop for os reload.
    Now after 1 year i am thinking of reloading the os so that my phone became like new one.
    Please advice whether i should do security wipe or reload os with link. I have never reloaded os on my own before.
