    Hello all,
My BlackBerry Q10 has a "system memory storage " problem, so I decided to Security wipe the device. I remember in bbos, we must type "BlackBerry " to comfirm wiping process. But when wiping my q10, this comfirmation was not exit. The device go ahead to reboot and wipe after I touch to "delete data ". I ofcoursely sign in the BBID in the first step.
Is this wrong some where ?
