I have the screen lock set for 5m and have discovered a very annoying characteristic; namely that when you are on a call for longer than five minutes, when I get off the call I am locked out and have to enter my pass to get back on the phone.

This is maddening when I am on a three party conference on the phone and it won't function because it has me locked out. Surely this is fixed in 10.2?

This is so basic it isn't funny. The phone is not intelligent enough to know you are on a call and locks you out? Come on......

Do you have the "Allow apps to extend password lock time" setting turned off or on in the security & privacy > device password section of the phone settings?

I haven't checked if this setting works for phone call as most of my calls are under the 5 min password lock time I have set up for my own Q10, but it stands to reason you likely have it set to off and thus the phone app isn't allowed to extend the password lock time.

That doesn't help, ive had that set since day 1 but still suffer from the same issue. It also hasn't been fixed with 10.2.1.1055.

Sucks to hear it has not been fixed in 10.2. Really annoying. In answer to your question, yes it is turned on.
