    Hi,
    Recently, I have noticed that the screen freezes while making a phone call and I can do nothing for a couple of seconds while I put the phone away from my ear, I need to wait a couple of seconds to end the call because the screen stays black and doesn't react. And the another one is the camera icon. Is there any way to make it less sensitive for touch? Every time I operate with my right thumb I end up turning the camera on.

    I don't know about the phone call issue but as for the camera...unfortunately there is nothing you can do. I have a problem with my phone taking pictures and the camera popping on everytime I pick up or put down my phone.

    Proximity sensor defective?

    Try BlackBerry Virtual Expert app...

    Free download in BBW...

    Run the tests, expecially the proximity sensor one. Then you'll know if and what's faulty...

    Both problems here. 2nd one from the beginning, problem with ending the call in last several weeks. My Q10 is 7 months old.

    This is why I don't like the end call button on the screen because it fades when you don't use it. Classic end button solves all that.

    Actually, that (the proximity sensor issue) came with the upgrade to the .2941 software. My phone's proximity sensor had been perfect up until I updated. The phone passes all the test on the BBVE with regard to the sensor but on the call I have to swipe up to wake the screen.
