    Dear:
    I use to have BlackBerry 9900, and when I want to save any photo or video, it automatically saves it to the correct folder type; like photos to the photos folder, and the videos to the videos folder, BUT this not happening in the Q10, what's the problem? I'm I missing something or it is the new system in the Q 10?
    please let me know if I'm m alone facing this matter.

    When you find something on the internet or save an attachment or save something from BBM, you need to navigate to the directory where you would like to save your item.
