Hi all,

Been having some issues with my Q10 lately so I did a wipe and a reload of the OS.

One issue I always have whenever I do a software update or a backup and reload is my contacts always get full messed up.

I have people's contact information go missing, or wrong numbers, emails, names etc appear in other people's contact file. Just a mess.

Would it be beneficial for me to just add all my contacts to my SIM card as well as local? This way the contacts get saved with the appropriate information on the SIM card?

I am trying to figure out if this will work and correct my issues with contacts.

Use the app contactx in BBW , you can back up to a sd card, and you can merge,delete back up and restore.
