I've always had a Blackberry, so I'm obviously biased, but I dual-wielded my Q10 and a Note2 for several months. As much as I like the Note2 (it's an awesome device) it couldn't replace my Q10. Whenever I really needed to get serious work done, I always picked up my Q10. Of course, it's all about personal preference; for me, the Q10 won out.

Using Note 2 for browsing, games, maps, is awesome because of its huge screen. But for emailing, texting and other things that I need to type longer I prefer Q10. it's a different experience for me when I can feel the keyboard. We'll, it's just me. Hahaha! Q10 and Note 2 is perfect partner.

In the coming weeks I'm going to have the Q10 and a 7.0 Samsung galaxy tab 3 as my carry around choice. But I also have a replacement PlayBook on the way I believe. We shall see which I prefer in the long run. But the LTE Sprint tab 3 7.0 for $50 with 2GB of data for $15 a month is too good for me to pass up. Right now I'm running Sprint hotspot off an Evo for $20 / month. So I think I'll be happy with my new combo.

I made the exact same switch and am not looking back. I still keep my Note 2 as a secondary device for media consumption, and a "tablet" but don't find myself using it a lot at all.

As far as my experience with the Q10? I absolutely love it. There is no lag between switching apps to get to email or respond to a message or a notification. The build quality is superb, it's stylish and there is no android lag. I found my note to be extremely sluggish after the first 3 months. The hub is fantastic and I'm immediately connected to everything I want and need.

I like having a "normal sized phone" (I don't hear any more digs about carrying my iPad around).
