    Hello everybody,
I have a BB Premium International Charger which comes along with the Playbook as it's native charger (Playbook bought in Singapore), the Output is 2A which is lot more than the original Charger that comes with the Q10 (output 850mA = 0,85A).

    The 2A: http://www.amazon.co.uk/BlackBerry-P...bUvbUpU9714165

I know that the Premium Rapid charger (Folding Blade) of 1.8A charges Q10 OK and it's pretty fast as well. But if I leave the Q10 charging over-night then I always leave it charge with 0.85A or even lower, 0.75 or 0.7A (from my Bold 9900 and 9780).

    The 1.8A: BlackBerry Premium Micro-USB 1.8A Charger | BlackBerry Chargers & Cables

So, slower charge, better the battery, as well as it last a little bit longer

I have a question: Is the 2A charger safe to use?

    Thaks for the reply,
The one I was referring is the one with the yellow ending (output 2A) which I find very rare.

Yes its basic physics, your battery will never uptake more power than it can from a single charge cycle even tho your charger has higher output.

And look at some of the other newer smartphone like the S4 mini! Comes with a 2amp charger! And its got a smaller battery then the Q10! So the Q10 should have come with that Z30 charger and not this dinky 750mah cube charger!
