    For those of you who are on the Rogers network in Canada running the new blackberry 10 OS they have put out an update of the Roger my account app, stating added support for BlackBerry Q10.

    @SO_Davis, can you please confirm which LTE bands the Q10 is using on Rogers. I love the fact it has 2600 MHz but it's a weak signal.

    I'm on the device reservation list with Rogers and I can't wait to get my hands on this beauty! Thanks!

    Maybe it's just a glitch? No other platform makes you do that.

    This is what it says whenever I go into my account whenever I have wi-fi on.

    The issue with the My Account app on WiFi is the way it communicates with Rogers. Because you're not using the SIM card it doesn't authenticate properly. This happens on all My Account apps (My Galaxy Nexus included), not just on the BB10 one. It's a Rogers fail... they can't figure out how to use the SIM card regardless of active wifi or not >_>

    Strange. I can access the app on my 9800 while using wifi. I guess it's a minor headache.

    Yeah. I could access it on my previous BBRY devices with wi-fi on.
    In the end it's not a big deal. It takes all of 3 seconds to disconnect and reconnect. It would just be a nice convenience if I could access it with wi-fi left on.
