    i am trying to restore the backup files from my old z10 to my new q10. However, BB Link is telling me that the back up file is not compatible with the software on my new q10. what should i do?

    What OS are they running? I'm not sure why you would get this but make sure that both the Z10 and Q10 are running the same OS, then make a new backup and try again.
