    After upgrading to 10.3.1779, my phone won't shut off.

    If I power down by holding the button for 3 seconds, it will shut off for maybe a minute and then restart itself.

    I don't want to have to pull apart the case and battery every time.
    Anyone have a similar issue or know what is the problem? Thanks!

    My z10 did that for awhile. Never knew why so to turn it off I just turned on airplane mode :s

    It's the battery. Most likely it's faulty. Just get another one. It's a Blackberry thing....
