I got a Q10, and just opened it to start the setup. I live in China, but don't speak great Chinese and I ordered an EU version from the seller. When I turned it on, it went straight to the "Checking for update" screen with the spinning circle. It is in Chinese, which suggests that part of the setup had already taken place. How can I force it to restart from the beginning?

Update: Downloaded Blackberry Link and I'm restoring the OS now to see if that does it.
Update: Still downloading, taken over 5 hours now. Not something to do in a hurry.
Update: Phoned BB Support, they were unable to help and just suggested restarting. Have tweeted, hoping for a reply from a L2 tech.

The update downloaded over Blackberry Link last night, however when I got up it was stuck on 100%. I waited a few hours, and it was still stuck. There were no buttons to install it or similar. I gave up, unplugged the BB and turned it on. It booted to how it was before, clearly not updated. I'm going to try again today, but I'm not hopeful. I have no idea what to do if this doesn't work.

Dowload an autoloader and plug in, run the .exe file and you are good to go.
The latest stable OSwithout watermark is:

Can't find an autoloader that works with Mac, and I don't have a VM installed.
