Ever since i install betazone, my bbm has been messed up, not working well as before.
Recently i upgrade the OS to 10.2 and i cannot enjoy the benefits. I cannot change to dark theme and unable to instant preview/reply whereas other apps are working fine.

Any ideas how to reinstall bbm? Anyone?

Find the bar file for BBM from 10.2.0.(the one you have) and sideload it.

Did you install channel? If yes then you will lose the dark theme
For instant preview make sure you turn on all chat preview

Try hard reboot by pressing vol +/- until your device off
