I've been reading some complaints regarding texting on the Q10 while using a larger font. Am I understanding correctly that when you type a longer message, say more than 2-3 lines, that the phone doesn't scroll down as you type, and the line you're currently typing doesn't appear on-screen, leaving you typing blind? I'd try this myself but my Sprint store refuses to stock the Q10. I've always liked the way the BlackBerry phones work smoothly when you enlarge the font, as opposed to the Android phones and the need to install apps to do the job (generally poorly). But if this blind-typing thing is what I'll get with the Q10 it's a deal-breaker for me, and I'll go with a 9900 instead. Thanks.

That was an issue back in 10.0 and maybe 10.1. No issue any more.

Is a 3.2" really enough for your humongous font needs? One would think it isn't.

I just tried with a 16 font and it scrolls a dream. You will be happier with the 10 in the long run. If you know the 9900 then there is some stuff that don't work the same but it is all there and it does work. Plus it's fast

I just typed a text message to show it to you... after 10.1 it was oky!







Same for BBM, more lines (7-9?) for What'sApp.

That's great, I really wanted the Q10 but this text/font business had me concerned.

And no, the 3.1" screen isn't really enough, but I got by with my old Bold and my Curve 9310. Q10 screen is bigger than those.
