    Before i used a 9650 on BBOS and felt excellent when calling. Until i bought a Q10, i was surprised that Q10 was better! Does anyone verify?

    I never had a phone with BBOS, but I have a Q10 and have always been impressed with the sound quality on it - especially when compared with some other non-BB phones I have tried. It's one of the big reasons I chose the Q10 - I needed a phone with crystal clear audio, and I got that with the Q10.

    Maybe, is there any mobilephone better than Q10 about internal louder? Example iphone, htc... I don't have an IP6 or Samsung smartphone to compare

    Although there are people who will disagree I must say that if I use only 4G on Q10 call quality drops, as well as number of bars showing signal strength. If I use 3G/2G signal strength is at max, always, and more than average Internet speed. Anyone with similar experience?

    Also q10 has settings on the call page in which you can select the type of call quality and it also comes with HD sound too!! A great piece of tech this phone has got!!

    I think it's either network dependent or the phone automatically switches to HD mode. When on HD quality the call quality is outstanding and you can see the HD moniker on bottom right side when the call is in progress!! Superb it is and I've never felt conversation so clear and crisp. Love bb10!! Love Q10!!

    I think the basic hardware is high quality in the first place, or it wouldn't matter what the carrier supports.

    Definitely very good call quality. Better than the Z10 and way better than the 9900.

    I'd like to know too. The Passport has BlackBerry natural sound apparently, don't know if it makes a big difference.
