I noticed the word prediction area takes up a lot of the screen-estate.

I hope it gets resized smaller or gets ditched for one similar to the Z10 fret-sized word prediction feature where the predicted word will sit atop the column of the predicted key.

Also, aside from the snazzy Z10 flick feature, I hope the Q10 will pack a bigger battery.

And on a side note, what happened to the charging contacts??? That's always been my all time favorite hardware feature.

That charging contacts are gone with the current BB10 devices, this has already been speculated. For quite. A while. Even the Z10 misses them. I don't know why RIM decided to pull them.

As. For the battery, from what I heard it will be better than the one Z10 users will get. Z10 features 1800mAH, Q10 might get 2100mAH when reports were correct. So this is a huge bump compared to the rather tiny 1230mAH battery the 99x0 series features.

Personally, I would suspect that with the q10, the word prediction stuff will become a switchable option and most people will end up switching it off, but obviously they had to have it enabled to show it yesterday.

Probably took out the charging thingys as I assume most users have a protective case of some sort anyway. Should have used playbook style to reduce stress on that port

Hope I can disable it. Don't need help typing fast on my 9930 so let me turn off that crap.. Hate it on he playbook. Don't tell me what I am trying to type!! Lol
