OK at first I thought it was just the OS version I had on my Q10 that was limiting the media type supported. I just loaded it with the new 10.3 OS and it still doesn't support it.

Yet my Z10 could play almost all types of video format.
It may be because of the underlying OS. I'm not sure, but the only way to test this is to do a full wipe, brick it, and install a new OS. I'd really don't want to do that since this phone was issued from my work.

Just curious if anyone else here have both devices and if both devices play the same array of video format.
