Thought I'd share this cool story

This guy at work today gets a brand spanking new Nexus 5 (or whatever it's called), shows it off to me and ridicules me for having a Q10

He says 'Look at my screen!'
I say 'Look at mine - the same screen as the Galaxy S4, just a bit smaller'
'Oh'

He says 'Look at what I can do! I can find out nearest restaraunts,s bars, weather, traffic...'
I say 'Ok, here's what I can do'
*Unlocks Q10, immediately types 'tw I love my blackberry' and press return'
'see, I just posted a tweet in a second, can your phone do that?'
'What about your messages, mine are awesome on the new Android system...'
*I swipe up and right to access the Hub, whilst the 'Your tweet has been posted' message appears*
'see, here's all my texts, emails, facebook messages, etc'
'Wow that's REALLY cool, you done that whilst in an application?!'
'Yep, I can do it on any other app too'
*Opens browser, then access the Hub whilst it's loaded as another example - he then looks at his new phone, frowns a bit, then walks away. I smile!*

The look on his face was priceless!!!

I agree I will tell them I'm happy with mine but salesman I'm not. To each there own. That said I want BlackBerry to succeed as I think there products do work well.

Ok, let's not confuse less functionality with different functionality. The Nexus 5 can certainly do things the Q10 can't and vice versa. Want to watch a movie on the plane? Advantage Nexus 5. Want to type a review of the movie? Advantage Q10. Run a webex meeting? Nexus wins.

I love my Q10 but there are definitely things I miss about my Galaxy S3. BB10 is fantastic for their first efforts on a brand new platform but there are many little ways to make it better. Co-worker had his Nexus 5 yesterday - the screen and size are awesome. I don't see giving up my Q10 any time soon, but comparing the two only works when you know the individual user's needs.

Haha, well I was in the store testing the note 3 and it felt really good, I liked the big screen. The leather back Cover was awesome but the big downside is android that doesn't work that well compare to BlackBerry 10... I want BlackBerry 10 but switching to z30 compare to any Android device out there is hard.

I wouldn't mind to see dual boot project for z10
BlackBerry will always be my first choice and I'm happy with my z10 but playing with android is still fun

Hey me neither, but it sounds like this guy started it so it's fair game. Although, he could have said a myriad of things that are better on the Nexus, especially hardware wise, but he didn't. So big win. lol I'm sure he'll find something and come back around to show it off again.
