As background, I use outlook for my desktop email program and I have established rules that automatically put emails into seperate folders upon receipt. With my Bold 9930 this was not an issue. All new emails would show in the Inbox folder on the phone and then after I read them they would disappear from the Inbox, but they could be found in the correct folder. On my Q10 this is not the case. All new emails on the Q10 do not appear on the main screen of the email account but rather are buried in the correct folders per the rules. This is not nearly as convienient as the way the 9930 handled it. It is now to the point that I have erased the rules in Outlook so all emails go to the inbox and I have to manually move them so I can see them when they arrive on my cell phone.

Is there a way to make my Q10 behave like the 9930 in this respect?

    Thanks

I'll try to get some MS Outlook people on this!
