    I love my Q10 but lately, it is not playing back the video that I record. I get an error that says it is an "unsupported file format". Could this be due to it being saved to a media card? Picture show fine, just not video.

    To rule out the card try saving to the BB itself and see if you have the same issues.

    You were right. It was the media card. I wonder if it was because it was a 64gb card. Thanks.
