    I have a Q10 that's running 10.2 I want to update it to the most recent operating system but all the auto loader don't work for me. I have a mac computer and advice or tips thank you.

    You can only run an autoloader on a PC. You'll have to find one.

    When you do, you want 10.3.2.2813. Here it is:

    The autoloader says Z3 on there. Is that correct? I tried this on my Tmobile Q10, and the phone wouldn't start after loading.
