I just got my new ATT Q10 yesterday and first time connected to Link this software update was there. I installed it and Link confirmed the update was successful, but now every time I connect to Link it tells me that that a new update is available ( the same one ). Any one else having this problem ?

i am getting .273 over and over via Link and OTA. PITA! on top of that my visual voicemail is not available and i get a popup all the time. in the end i have to leave it as an open frame because the popup occurs less, but still annoying to be interrupted frequently by this error which tmo tech support has not been able to resolve.

I have the same issue with link, it always says there is a software update available. OTA says my software is up to date.

I also cant get wireless sync to work on my mac with blackberry link.

It is because of the (carrier) apps you deleted that came preinstalled with the update. If you delete those pre installed apps, Link tells you there is an update. Just ignore that.

I am using an unlocked Q10 on AT&T also, and wondering about this also. I'm currently using SQN100-2 version 10.1.0.2011 should I be able to use the AT&T update? Or do I have to wait until a OS is made for the SQN100-2 device? Also dumb question, but how do I check for updates with BlackBerry Link? If an update is available does it just tell you?
