    Hi guys I just purchased a used q10 on Craigslist and when I want to open something it says enter demo mode password. Any help!?

    Sounds like you need to hook it to a PC and use the restore feature in link.

    Let it to do it's thing I believe it's being security wiped atm. Don't pull battery, try hard resetting, etc. Just leave it alone.
