Doesn't matter..... blackberry is one of the first phones i've seen... that even if you buy unlocked the carrier logo will show up on boot depending on what sim card is inserted... it's strange and just damn right weird.

If you are looking to buy brand new, then you have two options that I can confirm. I bought a Q10 from BestBuy BlackBerry Q10 4G Cell Phone Unlocked Q10 - Best Buy in the US from their website and they sent me an unlocked, unbranded SQN100-1 from Latin America. The phone works great. Also, I just recently bought another Q10 from bhphotovideo BlackBerry Q10 SQN100-1 16GB AT&T Branded Smartphone Q10-BLK and they sent me the exact same type of phone as BestBuy. So there are two places for sure to get what you are looking for. Also, If you just want to buy a used Q10, just buy the bottom piece that has no branding on it. It just pries off and you can replace it with a unbranded one.

That's not strange or weird at all. Lot's of phones do that. I've seen phones from T-Mobile that when unlocked they still show T-Mobile during boot no matter what SIM you install. Now that's just damn weird.

My 100-1 has ATT logo.. Pretty sure you can just swap the bottom of the housing..
Or you can get it from amazon, ebay..

SQN-3 here. Unlocked. No carrier logo on both (startup & device).

I think those are international devices, I have one but I need to check which model number it is. But it also has a not so good Space Key. Let me know if you are still interested.

I have the Australasian one (I can't remember which model number that is) from eBay and it has no carrier logo at all.

At least here in Aus if you purchase from a Carrier or carrier reseller you'll get a carrier logo on boot... even if it's unlocked (except iPhones) but if you buy from a seller that doesn't sell SIM cards (e.g Kogan, our version of BestBuy) then you won't get a logo because the carrier hasn't added one.
