    It happens to me quite often: when I want to listen video l'�le YouTube or Facebook, no sound comes from them, instead of I'm not in silence mode.

    The second problem that I have, is that I have to increase the sound of my notification in the morning when my phone is full-charged every time even if I didn't low it the past day. Is the saving battery mode low the sound of notifications every time it's on??

    Download the app called BlackBerry Virtual Expert. The app can run some diagnostics on every aspect of your device, including the speakers. That may help you on your troubleshooting.

    You can always try to restart the phone to see if it fixes your problems. It did for me on the sound issue when playing YouTube videos.
