    I just bought a Blackberry Q10. I pout in the sim and memory card. i turned it on and started the setup wozard. I chose the language, country and loged on to my wifi network (wich has internet conection). After the wifii cionection aquires ip address and says "cinected", i swip to the left and it gives me an error that says "unable to cionnect to the network. please try changing your settings". When i click on the settings button it takes me back to WIFDII NETWORKS and shows my current network and sais CONECTED TO TORTUGA (Tortuga is the name of my home wifii network. I am in a loop and can't continue to do the setup.

    Yes. I just got back from the mobile company with the new micro sim. i had to change it because my Bold6 sim card was bigger and did'nt fit. Could it be that the sim card is not working ?

    I would try a battery pull to see if that helps.

    Make sure they activated with a standard smartphone data plan (LTE or 3G) rather than a legacy BIS / BES plan.

    I just called the mobile company and they say that they are having trouble with ther data service. so i guess that should be the problem. i will wait an hour and see if it works. i will come back to you later. thanks

    My SIM card was not working and i got a new one and now it is working. But I have another problem. I am trying to do the device sitch with the Desktop manager and it does not read my new Q10. i got a message that the DTM does not support the Q10. How can I do the device swicth?

    You have to start it using BlackBerry Link.

    How do I change my whatsapp from my old device (bold6) to the new one (Q10)? When I do the whatsapp setup, in the part where the sistem does the SMS verification, I am getting an error and it says to try again in one minute. Then when i try again to do the voice verification, it gives ny an error again
