im new to BB, and ive been having an issue hopefully someone can help or guide me to the right direction.
alright heres my struggle..

my phone occasionally sends a Duplicate message to whoever im conversing with. at the time of the message i have 3 Bars With LTE..

ive tried factory reset via in phone setting (OS 3175 latest update)
tried aswell as reset via blackberry link (OS 3175 lateset update)
Also tried autoloader (OS 2947)

im trying to diagnose the problem if its software or hardware.

Did your carrier actually confirm that your device is submitting multiple messages to the messaging center?

Good question. Never asked.. it's periodic

Mind you that my GF received 2 messages containing the same text so I assume it submitted multiple messages to the center.
