    I awoke to an non-viewable screen this morning. Rebooted to no effect. Dialed the Q10 from another phone with no impact either. I could swipe left / right to answer / hangup. LED notification light and keyboard back light are still working. No recent software updates of any kind. I do not have auto update enabled. Any thoughts?

    Are you able to connect your device to a television to see if the display shows on the screen?

    Probably needs a new screen. They aren't expensive and easy to replace. Videos available on youtube. For a new screen try globaldirectparts.com

    Negative. It was working when I set it down on nightstand. Screen would not activate the next morning. Normally, I leave it in bedside mode.
