Hello guys!!

I have a Q10 that works incredibly well.

My boss have a Q too, but he's a bit.... HARD with it. so long story short, he threw his Q on the ground, and no apparent damage were made exept a "calculator screen" effect when you put your finger in the calculator screen but on the Q's screen without your finger into it. From hours/days it became worse and now we cant see anything with it. Phone boots, keyboard light up, but I cant do anything with it.

I'm trying to save his contacts but i'm stuck... I need to enter his bbid info but he dont have one ( or he dont remember)... is there a way to get his contacts? for the pictures it's ok, BlackBerry link let me extract them.

Try connecting the phone to a screen using HDMI so you can see what's going on. You can also pair a bluetooth mouse so you don't have to figure out where you're touching.

Once again you are functioning, you really should set up a BBID for him so that he can sync through Link.

Otherwise, it depends on your carrier and on what OS you are running, but there are plenty of contact backup apps available. (I'm on Verizon, and there is a Verizon-provided app, for example).

Uh I just thought that I have to "enable" the hdmi output via the config menu right?

I don't think so. Mine was on on default when I connected it
