    My tmobile sim works in my unlocked Passport and Classic, but when I put it in my Q10 with the adapter, it doesn't recognize it.

    The Q10 was even purchased at tmo store back when they sold it.

    Help?

    Power off and try to re-set the sim.

    But the phone is off while I'm putting the sim in because it goes under the battery cover.

    Have been sharing sims between my two q10's. One sim is recognized from my account with provider and other reads "sim not provisioned MM#2.
    Emergency call only." Additional mobile would incur $25.00 more per month to monthly bill.
