Well I'm back on blackberry with my recently purchased unlocked White Q10 off ebay. Unfortunately it's a 100-3 and not a 100-5 so I don't get AT&T LTE but i get full 5 bar 4g and is quick. Anyway on to the question of the software level is at 10.1 and when i try to update it through the phone and bb link it says it is I have the latest available software. Do I need to just wait until the update gets pushed to my device??

I am sorry to hear that. Call your mobile provider and ask for it. Point out that new versions of the OS are out since a long time ago. Insist, send letters, etc.

At the end I blame Blackberry on the way they make new versions available to the end users.
