My q10 reboots when put down, I'm on my 2nd phone 2nd battery and 2nd battery door. All Verizon wants to do is send me refurbs w/o batteries or doors. I have a feeling the 3rd on is going to do the same thing. I know the trick with the paper or post it behind the battery to jam it, but i haven't had that work 100%, still get an occasional reboots, which is unacceptable. Does anyone know how to actually get Verizon or BB to solve this issue. I'm starting to get pissed off about it.

Your battery is probably loose , check it to make sure it's tight and if not just jam a piece of a business card in to tighten it up.

As was said. It needs to be pretty tight. Mine is a piece of paper folded over 3 times. Went from rebooting 8 to 9 times a day to none at all. Haven't had the problem in months.

Unfortunately this seems to be the best we can do at the moment.

hardware defect. battery is slipping off the contacts.
