    So I've the phone since May and if there is the slightest impact on the phone, it reboots...

    is this a known issue?

    Is there anything I can do?

    Sounds like a loose battery. Put a business card between the battery and the battery door, keep folding until it fits snugly.

    You can also try a small piece of paper between the body of the phone and the top of the battery, opposite the spring-loaded contacts.

    thanks... i folded a business card in 2 and cut so its not too big... seems to have fix the issue

    I love BB and id almost consider myself a fan-boy but thats a pretty bad issue from them

    I had the same problem and the business card has fixed it. No issues since (maybe 3 months now).

    Honestly, that has been an issue with BlackBerry keyboard phones for as long as I know. Happened with every BlackBerry I owned before my Z10.

    This thread made me smile from nostalgia. Love my Z10.

    I don't think it's a manufacturing problem? Have to left your Q10 in your car, or in a very hot area? Batteries expand and contract when subdued to extreme heat to eventual cooler temperature. It's slight but it makes a difference.

    Mine had the same issue but I found a fix. Do you all happen to have phones with a carrier label on the back. If so I believe it may be a defect cause by a slight warping when the logo was applied. I first tried the paper/business card option and it worked to a degree. It irritated me though thay when I set it down on a flat surface the back of the device was slightly rounded causing it to wobble if I pushed a button. A little ocd I know. However, I purchased an oem battery cover and the problem was solved!!! Cheers!
