never experienced this issue before like others but today my Q10 rebooted itself 5 times at important times of my work day, very frustrating. I heard of a simple fix with tape? Where do I apply it?

The goal is to force the battery against the contacts better, I haven't had this issue but I hear a slice of business card the shape of the end of the battery works well

Try putting a business card either between the battery and the phone or between the battery and the battery door.

I put a large piece of tape at the top of the battery to push it tighter against its contacts. We'll see how that works. Not sure how a piece of tape behind or between the battery and battery door would do anything

I have a small bit of folded paper between the phone and the battery (not between the battery and the phone backing). I haven't had any issues since then.
