Hi all! My 1year old Q10 was performing without any issue since Day 1 but lately it's suffering from random reboots which is so frustating given the awesome previous performance of the phone.

Anyone faced or is facing the same problem with their Q10?

I've got the oficial 10.3.1.1779 installed...

Hi, if you search on CrackBerry, you'll find that other Q10 users reported similar problems in the past - for the vast majority of them, putting a piece of card (eg business card thickness) between the battery and the battery cover, cured the problem. The reasoning being, that the battery was not held firmly in place, and this is what caused the 'random reboots'.

Let us know if this solves your problem.

[It's evidently not just a BlackBerry issue, as I cured a similar problem with an old Lumia......]
