    So i got my first blackberry..which happens to be a q10 and the proximity sensor is not working?....i have passed all tests in virtual assistant....have also tried hardreset and wipe, running latest os .....but proximity sensor during call just wont work please suggest what to do?

    What version OS are you running?

    I'm assuming the screen won't dim when you say it isn't working??
