Hey everyone!!

So here what has happened in past 2 weeks:
Android Runtime update - It all started with the android runtime update. Basically, I was unable to open Skype, Vodafone, Soundcloud and a few other apps, post installing this.
10.2.1 - I updated OTA as soon as I got the notification. Still the same issue persisted.
Last Night - I decided to plug in my phone to my work laptop to check if I could do anything about this issue. Went to the India BB website and clicked on the 'Get Updates' buttion, on the software updgrade page. Lo and behold, a set of instructions popped up and I followed them to the T. Next thing I know, the OS is downgraded to 10.2.0, prior to the runtime update and reset too!!
This time around, updated the OS to 10.2.1, but didn't update the Android Runtime option.

Now I am able to open the apps which had the issues, but the phone is super slow.
The BB Hub - is pretty much frozen, when I tried to make changes to my email setting.

Any suggestions??
