I would have if I had a chance to. Out of warranty.
But I am really surprised to know y this is happening. Whenever I go back to 10.2.x, my sound comes back too loud. And now I am stucked with 10.3.2, can only hope they make it better in next releases

Why are you "stuck" with 10.3.2? Are you not able to use an autoloader and return to 10.2.something?

This issues which is present from February 19. Are pathetic and ridiculous and just showing BlackBerry gents don't give a s*** for costumer. Just waiting for OTA update to 1.3.2. To see did they fix anything and if not only can say Hello iPhone again. For sure I will suffer from absence of virtual keyboard but at least I will hear when somebody calling me or tex ting. And for sure will not buy Passport or similar.

Lucky u...don't ever go out of 10.2.x unless somebody say it loud that nomore the problem exists. And I would say u, if u wanna taste 10.3.2, u better get another BlackBerry.
Unless then njoy good battery and good sound

That is also my experience, on my Q10 (which I now only use at the weekend because it is so quiet) - regardless of the audio file used with 10.3.1 my audible notifications are much lower than they were on 10.2

I haven't moved to 10.3.2 because I want to keep open the option to roll back to 10.2.x; which I expect to do soon. It seems clear that this problem is not fixed in 10.3.2 and although there are numerous improvements & benefits in new versions of 10.3.2 they are of lesser importance than being able to hear my notifications.

So I'm stuck on 10.2.1 until I eventually dump the phone since BB isn't releasing bug/security fixes for this version.

It's their hardware and their software, so maybe they're just not good at this. My Q10 is working fine for now, so I'll wait and see if they can get their act together.

Have just received a new Q10 unlocked, sqn 100-5. It came with 10.1.0.4184 installed. Now a message from AT&T that upgreade is available to 10.3.1779. Is this a functional upgrade? Should I expect any problems? Would download via usb.
Have original Q10 from AT&T locked sqn 100-1 with "upgraded" several months ago to 10.2.1.3014. It still is functions well!

U can try it urself unless it is 10.3.2. Coz u can always come back to 10.2. And y I say u to try urself is that, each OS performs differently from everybody. So it is always better if u try it urself. Only problem many have in common with Q10 is this volume problem. Otherwise results r dfrnt. Some get good battery, some gets bad...some get good WiFi, other not...so try ur luck

10.3.1.1779 is a functional upgrade, but it didn't fix the low notification volume problem on my Q10 that started with the earlier version of 10.3.1. I am now on 10.3.1.1865 (2708), but the problem still exists.

Blackberry has let us down with their lack of concern for their loyal customers. What's the point of having a communication device that isn't able to alert us to calls, incoming emails and other notifications if you can't hear it?

I was actually connecting leaks and weekend.
And u r right. It really started eating my brain. Especially when there is no going back to 10.2.x (I knw the warning and bla bla, but did coz it was officially released). My gf z30 which was running good till 10.3.1 (started from 10.2) is now all a mess with 10.3.2. Tried all 10.3.2 versions, but all same. And all silly common but ugly problems - wifi, network, battery, going black, hang and what not. Really blackberry is going ugly day by day. And my Q10 was screwed since 10.3. And still yes. Comeon BlackBerry, prove us wrong
