My camera does not take pictures anymore. Conversations prior to the update had to be deleted in order to reopen without locking the phone. Multiple other problems.
I went to my provider and was told to try hooking it up to my computer and use BlackBerry desktop software to fix. My computer crashes when I plug the phone in. It has happened on 2 other computers.
I NEED HELP! I want to throw this out, I like BlackBerry, but this is my first in a couple years because I was told their operating systems were better, it does not appear so...
Anyone else having issues?

I noticed that my Q10 likes to restart itself when I put it down on the table harder than usual. I now have to gently lay it down to prevent it from constantly restarting. Anyone else have this problem since the update?

No problems since I downgraded to 10.2. There's a reason why two big carriers yanked the update off their servers. It's simply not ready for primetime or my daily driver.

That is "loose battery" , just put tape or some tin plastic on opposed side from connectors , that will hold on the place .

How do I downgrade? Any time I connect it to my desktop, the phone crashes my computer.

would like to know if I can downgrade too. My husbands contacts are all there but phone numbers aren't. They are business contacts and so it's not good!
