    I updated my Q10 with the 10.2 software earlier this weekend. Was facing a problem where very often after finishing a call the phone would hang. So i decided to do a factory reset but now the software is just not loading and i just get a message on the screen www.bbmerror.com/bb10-0015. when i clicked on the link it showed me the manner to reload the software. Tried doing it again but its not working (doing it on a Mac). Attaching a screen-shot (from BB Link)

    Someone pls help!!!

    Had this 4 times in a row. Might be your sim is not provisioned.
    Or BlackBerry has not got your bbm linked to an os10 device or both.
    Or your isp is blocking access to update site.

    Get a popular sim put that in.
    Do a device wipe again but not at a busy internet time.
    When prompted for your bbm user and password enter the wrong details, like leave blank or no password. DO NOT CREATE A NEW BBM account.
    Should let u skip to enter later.
    Do enter your wifi details.

    Once updated. Turn off put your sim in and put in your bbm id.

    So i tried updating a zillion times on both Windows and a Mac but no luck - so will have to head to a Blackberry shop and hope that they can help!
