    What are some troubleshooting issues if you're Q10 is not reading your media card? Please help. Thanks!

    Reboot your phone. Hold down the volume up and down key till you see the BlackBerry logo. You also may have to format your card, you'll lose your data though.

    Nevermind, got it! I just pulled the card out while the phone was on and inserted the card back and it read all the data and the card.

    With the Q10 you have to push the card in till it clicks. Good that your problem is solved.
